44 George Street is a cosy, two roomed ground floor flat, recently upgraded in 2011. The flat is situated in a quiet leafy side street , just moments walk from the wide sandy sweep of Kames Bay, and with pretty views from the sunny living room.
The flat comprises of two multipurpose room- a bedroom with a double bed, and in this room there is also a kitchen dining area- the kitchen has a two ring hob, but no oven. There is a microwave and toaster, though. The living room has sleeping facilities for a three on a double, and a single Ikea couch. There is also a shower room.
Please note that the flat’s maximum capacity is four adults- the couch layout is designed to give you maximum flexibility for your own family requirements, but it is still a fairly small flat!
This flat is perfect for a couple, or small family looking for a budget break- it has a sunny balcony to enjoy the view from and a shared garden. We welcome dogs in this flat, but would ask that they are kept under supervision in the garden, as our neighbours have a rather nervous bunny rabbit!
We have provided internet access in this flat,( through BT Openzone- small charge payable directly to BT ) and we also have a Yamaha stereo tuner to connect your I pod into, or listen to the radio. We also have a TV with Freeview in this flat.
Please note that this flat is situated on the slight bend on George St, and parking right outside the flat may not always be possible, particularly in peak season. There are always plenty of spaces a few moments walk away though, either on adjacent streets or further down George st itself.
