The ground floor, one bedroom flat will sleep six people comfortably- eight at a squeeze! There is a double bed settee and a small double futon in the living room, and a double bed in the bedroom. There is also an inflatable double which will fit in the bedroom, or you can use this space for your own travel cot, if you wish.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a shared drying green laid out to gravel. There is a small patio area just outside the door, with table and two chairs.The flat is accessed by the back door- through the garden gate, the flat is the second door on the left.
The flat is only minutes walk from the sea front, and the blue flag beach at Newton Sands.Five minutes in the other direction will take you to the play park. The town has plenty of cafes, shops and two small “mini mart “type supermarkets. During the summer months the town has a lively, up beat atmosphere and during the spring and autumn a more peaceful, relaxed atmosphere abounds, ideal for those wishing to avoid the crowds and enjoy a quiet getaway.
